I cannot say enough good things about Hector and his team. The journey started with Hextor himself. I interviewed 5 painters. Hector was the straightest of shooters with me. I was not price shopping, so keep that in mind.
He spent a serious amount of time evaluating the condition of the house and a detached utility building. Then he gave me a quote that was well below ANY of the others!
I questioned it and wanted to make sure there was no misunderstanding of my expectations. He came back and walked through everything again with me and said, no worries, that is all included. Very knowledgeable and never tried to oversell. Just honest!
Then the guys who came out and did the work were seriously good! This house needed a ton of repairs because it had been neglected by the prior owners for 16+ years.
They tackled all of the repairs day by day by day in a high quality fashion. Meticulous. Then they painted and it is a thing of beauty. Once finished, it looks like a totally new home if you saw the before and after. Incredible job!
